Our timeframe to submit a trade mark application on your behalf is normally 24-48 hours after we have received your instructions.
We use the TM Headstart process at IP Australia for all of our registrations. Your application will be pre-assessed by an examiner within 5 days. We will receive a report advising whether the application is likely to be accepted for registration or whether objections are likely to be raised. You can then decide whether to proceed with the application (and pay the Part 2 fees), or abandon it.
